I'd suggest looking online for cycle salvage yards and see what they have, new will cost you a bundle and make the project very expensive. Also look way down this forum for a rider in Texas that had started a chopper project and then decided to spend his efforts elsewhere. He had all the parts and pieces for sale at one time. Basic difference between 80's and 90's models are the number of gears in the transmission and carburetor jets/needles. If baffle means muffler, I'm sure someone will sell you a used stock one (including me), but it may be time to look for a more sporting aftermarket unit if allowed in the country you are in.
